This looks like a radiator badge off a 1920's era Dodge. The earlier badges didn't have the wings and the star was much larger. They dropped this emblem altogether not long after Walter Chrysler bought the company in 1928. Incidentally, the Dodge Brothers got their start making parts for various auto makers in Detroit, notably the transmissions for Ford's Model T.
